ReturnsForHope is a local pickup service for refundable beer cans, wine bottles, liquor bottles and other deposit-bearing containers, serving the GTA and surrounding areas.
Instead of making a trip to a return location, customers can schedule a pickup and have their eligible bottles and cans collected directly from their home or business.
Our mission goes beyond recycling. We want to make it easier for people to return their containers while creating opportunities to give back to communities and support meaningful causes. The long-term goal is to grow this into a service that people across Ontario think of first when they have containers to return — built one neighbourhood, one business and one bottle drive at a time.
We are starting locally with a simple idea: make returns easier, reduce waste, and turn small refunds into a bigger impact.

The deposit system works — the hard part is getting containers to a return location. Removing that step is the whole point of this service.
Reduce waste
Containers that are easy to return are containers that actually get returned, instead of ending up in the wrong bin.

One bag of bottles is a small refund. A neighbourhood, a school, or a restaurant returning together adds up to something worth giving.
An honest picture of an early-stage service
We would rather tell you what is confirmed than promise something we cannot deliver yet.
We collect refundable beer cans and bottles, wine bottles, liquor and spirits bottles, and other eligible deposit-bearing beverage containers. Eligibility follows the current Ontario deposit-return rules and can change.
All donations via refunds will be directed 100% to SickKids Foundation or Toronto Cancer/Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation. We post the donation amounts and donor names on our Facebook and Instagram every quarter so the whole process stays transparent. We are working on becoming official partners of these charities; once we are, we will be able to issue tax receipts as well.
